The Duttons face a new set of challenges in the early 20th century, including Western expansion, Prohibition, and the Great Depression. America’s Great Depression began in 1929, and it started in Montana. The Great Depression began in Montana in 1918, about 10 years before the rest of the nation. While the rest of America was thriving, Montana was struggling. Between drought and low demand for agricultural products, the "Great War" (World War I, 1914 to 1918), many farmers suffered a lot. As a result, Montana farmers allegedly defaulted on wartime loans, leading to widespread bank failures throughout the state. Half of Montana’s farmers lost their land between 1921-1925. By 1925, 70,000 of Montana’s 82,000 homes had left. In addition, 200 Montana banks failed. Not only did the drought damage crops, but the locusts and cattle became infected. Timeless Heroes features: Indiana Jones and Harrison Ford (2023). After Yellowstone, this was a different but still similar feeling… I really enjoyed this. Although I want to see Ore, something makes me feel like it could be better (another challenge after Yellowstone!) but. But. But…. it seems like the side stories are coming together at the end… and then it’s over – obviously this is being set up for a second season – but – if not, you’ve just wasted your time. Even when this first season ends, the story is not over. There is currently no announcement or schedule for season two….this is driving me crazy! Like going to a big restaurant and only serving little girls, no main course!!! What the hell….come on producers….fingers crossed!!!!
