Narrative

Uncover the mystery of a town in the middle of the USA that traps anyone who enters it. As residents struggle to maintain a sense of normalcy and seek a way out, they must also survive the dangers of the surrounding forest. Known as Beaver Bank Villa, the site has a long history and many years ago housed housing units, a community hall, fire station, school, church, supermarket, etc.

Written by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans. The preview looked like a hodgepodge of various shows like Wayward Pines, Lost, and a bit of Under the Dome. I was expecting a vague plot after seeing that it was produced by the same creators as Lost, but it has a solid storyline and the characters are likable.

A pleasant surprise

While it’s not perfect, it’s suspenseful and good enough to keep me hooked.
